How can you make a difference?
The HR Unit serve as key HR Business Partners to deliver quality guidance, support, and advisory services to staff, managers, and the WFP HR community worldwide. In Damaturu, we ensure that contractual obligations are upheld by overseeing stages of the employment life cycle including onboarding, benefits and entitlements administration, career and life changes, and eventual separation from the programme.
In this role, you will be
- Maintain and update staff files on the physical filing system and the e-filing platform
- Assist in the daily update of Staff in Theatre (Maiduguri AO & Damaturu SO) and submission to UNDSS
- Assist to update the R&R tracker.
- Assist in the collation of the monthly staff timesheets for processing.
Qualification & Experience:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate programme (for example, master’s degree) from a recognized university and has attended classes in the past 12 months or a recent graduate from an undergraduate or graduate programme (within six months before the application to the internship programme) from a recognized university and has attended classes in the last 12 months of enrolment in the university, in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
