How can you make a difference?
The Supply Chain unit stores food and non – food items at the warehouse, dispatch these items to the FDPs for the use of WFP beneficiaries. It also contracts Retailers for eVoucher redemption for the CBT intervention at specific locations in Yobe state.
Supply Chain Unit is composed of three core sub – units at the field level. These are:
- Warehouse
- Transport planning and operations
- Cash Based Transfers (CBT)
Qualification & Experience:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate programme (for example, master’s degree) from a recognized university and has attended classes in the past 12 months or a recent graduate from an undergraduate or graduate programme (within six months before the application to the internship programme) from a recognized university and has attended classes in the last 12 months of enrolment in the university, in the field of Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
