CrossBoundary Job Vacancy 2024
Primary Responsibilities:
- Overall security responsibility of personnel and assets across project footprint
- Oversee site security surveys and monitoring to determine localized risks and threats to sset integrity across locations
- Reviewing minimum security standards on a periodic basis to ensure that cost effective tandards are introduced that balance commercial impact with security
- Lead the identification, selection, training, and management of subcontractors that rovide security services to CBE on a cost effective and safe basis
- Be the security single point of contact for clients, and security forces for all operations and management of incidents
- To be the focal point for the E2E management of security emergencies and incident anagement, coordinating stakeholders with established policies and processes
Qualification & Experience:
- 7+ years relevant working experience
- 5+ year work experience managing security operations across distributed assets in Nigeria
- Strong knowledge, understanding, and experience of the changing security situation across Nigeria
- Experience developing and managing security policies across colleagues and subcontractors in Nigeria
- Experience working with MNOs and TowerCos in Nigeria
- Interest in and understanding of the telecom sector
- Experience with monitoring and control systems
