Field of activity: The project is part of the sustainable economic cluster and focuses primarily on digital transformation, innovation and entrepreneurship.
Your tasks:
- You will lead a team of international and national employees and be responsible for the implementation of the project’s outputs and the achievement of the associated expected results
- You will be responsible for developing and supporting innovation enablement organizations driving digital transformation
- They develop new innovative solutions and implement them accordingly
- You are responsible for improving the digital skills of women and young people to use digital solutions
Qualification & Experience:
- Completed university studies in the field of information and communication technology, economics or social sciences
- Several years of professional experience in the management of projects for the digital transformation of companies, preferably micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSME)
- Several years of professional experience and relevant expertise in promoting innovation, strengthening innovation support organizations, networks or ecosystem development and further developing digital solutions
- Preferably several years of professional experience, relevant expertise in the use of digital technologies in Java, platform development, blockchain, artificial intelligence, etc.
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in partner countries, in international development cooperation
- Ability to think and act strategically and analytically, as well as a quick grasp and an eye for the essentials
- Distinctive advisory skills, strong communication skills, gender skills and intercultural skills
- Proficient in German and English
