Save the Children Job Vacancy 2021
Under the supervision of the Child Protection and Education Coordinator, the role holder will help to support the Humanitarian response, particularly the field staff. S/he be the bridge between the field and country office. S/he will be responsible for tasks as outlined in the key areas of accountability below.
Eligibility Criteria
Essential:
- Diploma in any Social Sciences including Communication, Economics etc.
- Degree in any of the above field is preferred but not required
- Previous work with children required, preferably in an organizational setting.
- Written English and oral skills.
- Previous experience with community mobilisation and familiarity with targeted response communities.
- Flexibility and ability to deploy on short notice
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Gender awareness and sensitivity acknowledging the diversity of cultures and the teams.
- High levels of initiative and respect for organizational values.
- Good understanding of SCI mandate with a child focus, particularly relating to the humanitarian response.
Desirable:
- Experience working with partners
- Degree in any Social Science fields.
- Female candidate
- Experience with a humanitarian response

- Contract Duration: 3 months with a possibility of extension depending on availabity of funding
