Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Advanced University degree (Master´s degree or equivalent) in Communications, Education, Political Science, International Relations, Public Administration or related field is required or;
- A first-level university degree (Bachelor’s degree) in a relevant field in combination with two additional years of qualifying work experience may be given due consideration in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Experience:
- Minimum two years of progressively responsible work in communication, public outreach and/or civic engagement;
- Proven organizational, communication (written and oral) and inter-personal skills;
- Experience in the usage of computers and Microsoft Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Experience developing outreach programs utilizing print, face-to-face methods, audio-visual, digital and/or social media is highly desirable;
- Experience with small-grants mechanisms is an advantage;
- Experience in preparing specifications for contracting and procurement of CVE materials;
- Experience in designing of innovative civic and voter education (CVE) programs including the development of print, digital and audio-visual materials and content for radio and TV programs, theatre/skits and role-plays.
Required Language(s):
- Proficiency in English (written and oral).
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
