Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Advanced University degree in Economics, International trade law ; development studies, law, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field in combination with 2 additional years of relevant experience will be given due consideration in lieu of Advance University degree.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years (Advanced University degree) or 4 years (Bachelor’s degree) of relevant work experience in a field of project implementation, preferably in international/multilateral development context ;
- Experience in areas of work related to the development of sectoral and programming policies and planning and institutional capacity building, with increasing responsibilities, preferably in areas related to Trade, Regional Integration; E-Commerce ,Private sector and SMEs development;
- Experience in partnership building at the international, national, regional, and local levels;
- Good application of Results-Based Management;
- Good communication, coordination, and facilitation skills;
- Consistently ensures timeliness and quality of Project work;
- Establishes lasting relationships and substantive dialogue with clients;
- Treats all people fairly without favoritism;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, and age sensitivity and adaptability;
- Demonstrates integrity by modeling ethical standards.
Language:
- Proficiency in English language.
