Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Advanced university degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Social Sciences, International Relations, Government, Public Administration, Economics, Project Management, Public Policy, Social Policy, Social Development, Community Development, or other relevant disciplines.
Experience:
- Ten years of relevant professional work experience in Programme Management.
- Hands on technical expertise in implementing health and other social sector related projects and programmes.
- Field experience managing development/ humanitarian projects in Public Health and related fields.
- Experience with multi-donor supported projects in the health and related sectors.
- Experience engaging and managing complex working relationship at senior level with donors, implementing partners, and Government authorities.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary, high-performance teams.
- Expertise delivering in complex and highly demanding environments.
- Background/familiarity with Emergency
Language:
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
