UNMISS Job Vacancy 2023

Org. Setting and Reporting: This position is located in the Human Resources Management Section of the United Nations Mission in South Sudan, Juba. Juba is classified in the “E” category and as a non-family duty station. The incumbent reports to the Chief, Human Resources Management Section.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Course work/training in human resources is desirable.

Work Experience:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management, administrative services or related area is required.
  • Experience in application of UN Staff Rules and Regulations in operational environment, including administration of a broad range of entitlements and benefits is desirable.

Languages:

  • English and French are the working languages of the United Nations Secretariat. For the post advertised, fluency in oral and written English is required.
