Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- A Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance or Logistics or Project Management or Emergency Management or International Relations or related fields is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance or Logistics or Project Management or Emergency Management or International Relations or related field with 2 years of relevant work experience is may be accepted in lieu of the Masters above.
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in the field of Project Management and Operations is required.
- Experience in humanitarian emergency operating contexts, including humanitarian coordination mechanisms, donors, security, and operations management is an asset;
- Experience and knowledge of UN rules and procedures in Procurement and/or Finance and/or HR Management and/or administrative rules and regulations will be an advantage
- Knowledge of face paced social protection projects is required
- Knowledge of WB processes and procedures required
- Experience working in post-conflict or conflict situations is an advantage;
- Skills in Finance and Budget Management are essential.
Language requirement:
- Fluency in written and oral English required.
