Main tasks and responsibilities
Enhance capacity building and organizational systems to guide institute in the daily operations to ensure quality delivery in all interventions.
Specific tasks of the Education Specialist:
- Provide lead support in the development and implementation of capacity building programs for all education officers, including orientation of the new staff;
- Provide support for material development for academic courses;
- Participate in supervision of students ’ research;
- Participate in academic and professional research as may be required;
- Provide support in expression of interest, concept notes, proposals for new projects and sponsors in the fields of education, child protection, human rights and others.

Qualification:
- -Master degree in Education or PHD ( Arts and Humanity subjects preferred )
- -at least 10 years teaching experience in primary or secondary schools ( or at university level ). Fluent written and spoken English is a must. Candidates should be available to travel often in country and in other African countries.
Required skills and experiences
- Additional experiences: Familiarity of the main social issues within disadvantage context
- Hard Skills: good organizational skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Soft Skills: outstanding communication capability, good team leader
