DRC Job Vacancy 2021
Overall purpose of the role: This role has a country focus and ensures compliance to DRC procedures and guidelines within the country. The role contributes to the improvement of DRC HR’s internal procedures and guidelines. The role provides support and/or technical guidance to country operations while overseeing country activities. With a forecast on; Provide overall advice, coordination, and technical support to the Human Resources team.
Eligibility criteria:
Experience and technical competencies:
- With at least 5-years work experience in relevant field INGO or other agencies
- Strong knowledge of Human Resource Information Management systems.
- Proven ability in the implementation of large-scale programs.
- High integrity, pro-active, stable, robust character and a good team-player
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and with well-developed problem-solving skills.
- Ability to cope with heavy workloads and to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proven commitment to accountability practices.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work with limited supervision.
- Knowledge of computers: word processing, database management packages.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resource Management and other related disciplines, A Master’s Degree in HRM will be of an advantage.
- Professional membership to the Human Resource Association is desirable.
Languages:
- Excellent verbal and written English.
