Our aim has been to work together as a single gorilla conservation program in order to expand and consolidate the successes of the Mountain Gorilla Project and other initiatives at a regional level.

Job Responsibilities
Primary Role; be excellent at the job, a restaurant supervisor should exercise effective leadership, management skills and take disciplinary action to address poor staff performance.
Overall, a top performing outlet supervisor should be able to achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a pleasant restaurant experience.
- Screening, interviewing, hiring and training team members.
- Managing team members work schedules
- Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene, health and safety are being followed.
- Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulation.
- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
- Monitoring outlet sales and making sure outstanding bills are settled and tills are counted and balanced off
- Registering customer feedback to develop and implement ways to improve customer service
- Resolving customer problems with the highest standard of professionalism
