Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant for the Area Manager position should hold a Bachelor degree in a relevant subject
- Documented Proof handling Management of Multiple projects especially at international level
- Minimum 5 years of experience from working as a Senior Project Manager in a humanitarian/recovery context
- Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
- Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
- Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile
- All employees of the Norwegian Refugee Council should be able to adhere to our Codes of Conduct and the four organizational values: Dedicated, innovative, inclusive and accountable
- Understanding of the humanitarian context and related donor architecture in Uganda and the East Africa region in general will be an added advantage
