RTI International Job Vacancy 2022
Specific Tasks:
- Register attendance of participants during trainings/workshops/conferences
- Prepare payment forms for the participants that will require mobile money or other forms of payment and
- Ensure the fully signed forms and other support documents are timely forwarded to the Finance desk in Kampala.
- Follow up with Finance to ensure timely payments are made to participants.
- Coordinate meals with service providers if these are provided for the workshops.
- Coordinate transport requirements while at the field for participants using centrally procured B4R transport.
- Support the meeting in all administrative ways to ensure smooth flow and participant seating/attendance.
- Support with IT requirements for any workshop that these services are being used such projection, screens, computer power extensions, etc.
- Ensure all required materials are available and delivered for each workshop.
- Work closely with the B4R staff to ensure successful workshops for the region.
Qualification & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or other relevant field
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in office administration, operations, procurement, human resources in a busy and fast-paced organization.
- Two or more years of experience with USAID project management experience is desirable.
