UNCTAD Job Vacancy 2021
Org. Setting and Reporting: This post is located in the Automated System for Customs Data (ASYCUDA) Programme of the Division on Technology and Logistics of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), and is based in Kampala, Uganda.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in business administration, management, economics or a related field. A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
Work Experience:
- A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management, administration or related area is required.
- Experience on Single Window and in automation of customs procedures is desirable.
- Experience in organising and delivering functional training courses within governmental organisations is an asset.
Languages:
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of French is desirable. Knowledge of another UN language is an advantage.
