Duties and Responsibilities
The overall objective of the assignment is to support the production of a tracer report, detailing the knowledge and skills gained by the trainees, extent of application of learnt knowledge and skills, challenges, and recommendations. Specifically, the Consultant will:
- Produce an inception report, detailing his/her understanding of the assignment and a workplan for executing the assignment.
- Develop a tool to use to conduct a tracer study, have it tested and share it with UNDP team for review and clearance.
- Conduct a tracer study using the list of trained officials from Government Ministries, Departments, Local Governments and Civil Society Organizations to find out;
