Responsibilities
- Data collection in the field and recruiting study participants at facilities.
- Conducting frequent site visits around Gauteng.
- Transcribing audio recordings.
- Interviewing study participants face-to-face and telephonically.
- Following up with study participants to collect relevant feedback.
- Drafting of field-based reports.
- The Volunteer will be expected to support the Program Manager on key deliverables and program requirements as requested.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in health or social work-related topics;
- Strong communication skills, phone etiquette and basic knowledge of MS Word and Outlook (proficiency levels will be tested during the recruiting process).

- Setswana and isiZulu verbal fluency.
