UNICEF Job Vacancy 2022
Purpose: With the expanded role of the PMRE section in 2021 to support the strengthening of knowledge management in the office, as well as the donor reporting quality assurance process, this temporary appointment will fill a critical gap in the PMRE section. This is in addition to the provision of ongoing support to the cross cutting planning and monitoring function in the office.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- First University degree/Bachelors in social sciences, international development, development planning, public administration or a related technical field
- Masters Degree in relevant field – i.e. Monitoring and Evaluation, Demography and Populations Studies, Political Science and Development etc. is an advantage
Experience:
- A minimum of 1-year progressive professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, reports and / or knowledge management is required however 2-3 years is preferable.
- Familiarity with donor reporting requirements, knowledge management systems and UN planning and monitoring processes would be an asset.
- Experience working in international organizations specifically the UN is preferred.
Language:
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal is required.
- Knowledge of another official UN language or the local language is an asset.
