FHI 360 Job Vacancy 2022
Duties and Responsibilities: Provides technical leadership for all HIV prevention interventions Supports design, monitoring and evaluation of activities regarding HIV prevention orientation, and mentorship of teams who lead these activities. Designs and oversees the implementation of integration of HIV and other services including TB, VMMC, PNS/Index testing, PrEP, CaCx, eMTCT and GBV/IPV. Supports strengthening of bidirectional referrals and linkages within facilities, and between facilities and community partners. Based on data, creates, or revises concepts based needed to facilitate strategic HIV prevention goals for client experience. Supports verification systems for maintaining, updating, and managing client referral records and feedback. Supports capacity building and contributes to the overall strategic goals of any assigned programs. Strengthen the implementation of recency testing and HIV case surveillance Oversee the supervision of Client Experience Associates based in Chipata. Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
