Job Description:
- Provide assistance directly to financial institutions to develop products and services tailored for SME lending and investment needs through training and technical assistance;
- Work with financial institutions to adapt, restructure, and maximize loan guarantees to increase agribusiness lending;
- Co-create, develop, test and scale innovations for financial institutions, including FinTech; and
- Support financial institutions, including commercial banks, microfinance institutions, and private sector investors in their tracking of, investing in, and providing post-loan support to rural agricultural SME borrowers.
