PATH Job Vacancy 2023

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with ZDCHP team, subcontractors, partners, and subject-matter experts on scoping, design, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of digital health capacity strengthening programs, applying best practices and relevant design principles.
In partnership with subcontractors, develop content and manage the delivery of specific digital health capacity strengthening interventions, such as training, ensuring content is accurate, instructionally sound, and meets objectives.
Develop high quality training materials and guidance documents for partners and internal team based on ZDCHP capacity strengthening needs.
Advise and provide feedback to project team on digital health capacity strengthening approaches and opportunities.
Through a change management lens, develop capacity strengthening plans for digital community health systems users at all levels starting from national to community level.
Plan and coordinate capacity strengthening activities including those that will take place in the context of user advisory groups, user acceptance training and bootcamps.
Document and evaluate capacity strengthening activities.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelors degree in public health, global health, health informatics, or other field relevant to digital health capacity strengthening required. Masters degree preferred, or relevant combination of education and work experience.
Seven (7) years in the global or public health sector with at least 4 years’ relevant experience in digital health.
Three (3) years’ experience in capacity strengthening initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering formal and non-formal training or capacity strengthening programming, in person and virtually.
Demonstrated experience in change management for introduction and sustainability of digital health implementations.
