Responsibilities:
- Support food processors to analyze and expand business operations toward sustained growth.
- Build capacity among food processors to be able to negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenues.
- Build capacity among food processors on how to identify new lines of business based on consumer d
- Develop clients relationships and strengthen the partnerships
- Contribute to strengthen linkages to small holder farmers by creation and development of public-private partnerships involving commercial agribusiness, food processors and small holder farmers or producer associations in operational areas.
- Support food processors with brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Encourage linkages and support market communication between key actors (including farmers) to inform improved quality and reliability of supply.
- Support M&E Manager and Business unit to collect client M&E data.
