UNDP Job Vacancy 2022
Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the Intern are primarily to assist with the development and implementation of SharePoint Project through the following activities:
- Requirements Gathering – map existing systems and their utilization, identify needs and gaps with proposed solutions to the SharePoint functional features
- Data Collection – liaise with units to collect and review information to be inputted onto the SharePoint site for completeness as per agreed requirements.
- Technical Design – develop/configure interactive and live data; ensure auto-generation of basic reports through Power Bi or other reporting tool and inclusion of data export features and effective formulas for consolidating data.
- Visualization Design – create coherent design of the SharePoint architecture/features with functional and user-friendly layout, which is also dynamic and forward-thinking
- User testing – lead in the testing of the site and adjustments as required.
