Responsibilities:
- Facilitate an inception meeting to review the existing SCT guidelines and operations manual, identify content gaps, inconsistencies, and unclarities, and liaise with Department of Social Welfare and UNICEF to update accordingly.
- Edit and adjust the report structure, ensure coherent language and alignment between both draft documents.
- Add visuals (e.g. flow charts, tables etc.) where deemed necessary to improve the clarity of the manual for its users.
- Facilitate a validation workshop with the required stakeholders
- Finalise the SCT guidelines and operations manual

- Support the Ministry in clarifying and defining their vision for the PWAS going forward
- Edit and adjust the report structure, ensure coherent language and alignment with the newly developed National Volunteer Policy (NVP).
- Add visuals (e.g. flow charts, tables etc.) where deemed necessary to improve the clarity of the manual for its users.
- Facilitate a validation workshop with the required stakeholders
- Finalise the PWAS guidelines.
