WFP Job Vacancy 2022
Job Purpose: The World Food Programme (WFP) Zambia CO is seeking to engage an experienced consultant to evaluate the Healthy Diets Campaign implementation and document the lessons learned in Lusaka, Mumbwa, Mongu and Mazabuka as initial districts for the Healthy Diet Campaign roll out
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive):
- Review existing relevant project documents (including, but not limited to the project documents, work plans, M&E plan for the HDC)
- Develop evaluation tools for HDC.
- Conduct evaluation of HDC.
- Stakeholder validation
- Produce a draft and final report with feedback from stakeholders incorporated.
Qualification:
- An advanced university degree in Agricultural economics, M&E, social sciences, nutrition, development studies or a field relevant to international development assistance
Experience:
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in conducting evaluation following DAC criteria
- Experience in evaluating behavioural change campaigns
