Plan International Job Vacancy 2021
Reporting to the Head of Programs, the SRHR Thematic Lead is responsible for providing specialist advice on sexual and reproductive health rights. Develops strategies, guidelines and tools on SRHR and support teams effectively to ensure that partners work in adherence with Plan Global standards as indicated in the SRHR position paper.

Qualification:
- A Postgraduate qualification in Public Health, Demography and Population Studies, Health Promotion or other relevant qualifications.
Knowledge:
- Additional qualifications and experience in SRHR programming is a must.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering results when leading consortia/working with partners
- Consortium working through diverse partners is a key requirement
- Demonstrated experience of leading quality, rights based and inclusive SRHR projects targeting adolescents and young people
- Knowledge of development trends within the Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights and GBV sectors, including policies and guidelines.
Skills:
- Exceptional conceptual and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to train, mobilize, and manage both international and national staff
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task under pressure;
- Ability to communicate and negotiate at different levels and effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with colleagues with diverse experiences
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation and public speaking
- Leadership analysis/coaching and mentoring skills
- Strong team building and motivational skills
