How can you make a difference?
A challenging and exciting opportunity has arisen within UNICEF Zimbabwe’s Education Section, for a passionate and committed Education Officer (Systems Strengthening), for a fixed term contract duration of one year.
Under the supervision of Education Manager (NO4), the Education Officer provides professional technical, operational and administrative assistance throughout the programming process for education programmes/projects including system strengthening within the Country Programme from development planning to delivery of results, preparing, executing, managing and implementing a variety of technical and administrative programme tasks to facilitate programme development, implementation, programme progress monitoring, evaluating and reporting especially on the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and system strengthening activities.

Qualification:
- A university degree in one of the following fields is required: education, psychology, sociology or another relevant technical field.

- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of the local language is an asset.
