Purpose of the Position:
Under the direct supervision of the UHCLC Coordinator the HIS/M&E Officer will support program and MOHCC achieve its goal of improving enabling environments for health service delivery; through a harmonise M&RE framework and efficient Health information systems. The incumbent will work closely with the Health System’s Strengthening colleagues and other technical officers from other clusters that will need assistance and guidance with regards to their performance plans.

- At least five years related experience, at the national level, in implementation of public health monitoring and evaluation, health informatics, health policy and surveillance, outbreak investigation and response.
- Expert knowledge of reading, writing and spoken English.
- Specific experience on M&E.
