Plan International Job Vacancy 2021
Job Purpose: Reporting to the Program Area Manager, the Program Coordinator is responsible for coordination, implementation and day-to-day management of the Access to Sexual Reproductive Health Services (SRHR) for Girls and Young Women in Manicaland Province project activities in accordance with Plan’s grants policies. The job holder also provides specialist guidance and support on Plan’s SRHR and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) programs in line with the approved Program Area (PA) annual plan, risk management frameworks and strategies.

Qualification:
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Health promotion, Nursing, Public Health or relevant discipline.
Experience

- Demonstrable experience in project proposal writing, project implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
- Demonstrable experience and ability at networking with Donor Agencies and other NGOs.
- Experience in training staff and ability to provide training in health programming issues.
- Knowledge of strategic planning processes and theories of child-rights programming.
- Knowledge of DRR and inclusion of SRHR in DRR programming.
- Knowledge of development issues, trends, challenges and opportunities and implications to community development.
