CTG Job Vacancy 2023
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with different stakeholders, including government institutions, development partners, NGOs, and communities, to ensure coordination and implementation of DDR activities in line with the program objectives.
- Develop and implement reporting mechanisms that ensure timely and accurate reporting of key indicators and results to donors, government institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain program databases and information management systems.
- Conduct field visits to monitor and supervise program implementation and provide support to field staff.
- Provide technical assistance to program staff in developing work plans, monitoring and evaluation plans, and reporting requirements.
- Provide inputs to program design and strategic planning processes in close coordination with the program manager.
- Provide support in the development and implementation of program communication and advocacy strategies.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Commissioner.
