CTG Job Vacancy 2023
Job Role:
- Develop and implement an Information, Counselling and Referral Services (ICRS) for the NDRP program.
- In collaboration with NRC prepare a SOP for ICRS.
- Conduct training for case workers to provide the services to XCs and capture data for the DREAM Management Information System.
- Ensure that accurate and timely information is provided to XCs/participants on available services and support.
- Provide counselling and support to program participants to help them make informed decisions about their reintegration process.
- Develop and maintain a referral network with relevant service providers to ensure program participants have access to the support they need.
- Manage the collection, analysis and reporting of data relating to the services provided by the ICR system.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the ICRS and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other members of the DDR team to ensure the ICRS is integrated into the overall program.
- Ensure that all client information is treated with confidentiality and sensitivity.
