Purpose Of The Position: The Capital Mobilization Manager will provide technical support and direction to MS4G in line with client expectations. S/he is based in Addis Ababa to enhance the opportunities to link more closely with other USAID/Ethiopia Mission-sponsored projects, Financial Institutions, other USG-sponsored cross-sector activities, private sector players and Government of Ethiopia (GoE) agencies and ministries on the urgent actions and partnerships needed to achieve the expected results.

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of a master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Law or other related field of study.

- Experience as an expert for USAID or donor funded projects related to investment, finance, and private sector development is a plus.
- Previous experience/knowledge of USAID and private sector engagement projects, approaches, and policy.
