UNDP Job Vacancy 2023
Duties and Responsibilities: Under direct supervision of the UN Women Leadership and Governance specialist and the Team, the national consultant will undertake an impact assessment of the Presidential Leadership Training. The consultant is also expected to interact with focal persons within MoWSA and OTP. Particularly the consultant is expected to carry out the below specific tasks:
- Review, understand and internalize the presidential leadership program i.e., background, training objectives, training contents and courses covered; training evaluation forms; training reports including personal stories collected and profile of women leaders who benefited from the program and their background information;
- Draft and submit inception report indicating the impact assessment plan including data collection methods, workplan and timeline, and proposed sample size;
- Develop data collection tools;
- Undertake data collection and analysis: Data collection can include presence in the working or residence area of women leaders and might entail travel outside Addis Ababa to regions where target women leaders live/work.
- It could also include presence during refresher sessions or alumni conference to collect data and photographs of live events, in-depth interview, focus group discussions and use of other methods that facilitate accurate impact assessment. Data collection targets could include alumni women leaders, their employees or peers as well as family members;
- Present findings and incorporate feedback from UN Women, Office of the President and Ministry of Women and Social Affairs;
- Develop a final impact assessment report of the leadership program together with Photographs taken.

Qualification & Experience:
