UNECA Job Vacancy 2023
Duties and Responsibilities: The specific duties of the Technical Assistant within SSS are as follows:
- Follow a daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance plan for security system devices for existing bollards, traffic light, Arm barrier, and related control box accessories and report equipment problem to security system technician.
- Responsible for installation work for cable tray, electrical power cables, electrical wire board connection and duct work.
- Follow up firefighting pipe installation work and report work progress to sit supervisor.
- Maintain central, ceiling and split air conditioners, maintain sanitary fixture, maintain boiler and kitchen equipment.
- Under the supervision of security system technician assist in maintain breakdown mechanical part for the security system devices in the compound such as bollards and arm barriers.
- Assist installation of power and data cables for bollard if needed.
- Under the supervision of security system technician assist functionality test for bollards, traffic light, and arm barrier on standalone bases.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
