Job Opportunity: The Harmonized Approach to Cash Transfers (HACT) is under the leadership of the Deputy Representative Operations. HACT is a cross-cutting issue and the main framework for cash transfer to partners. HACT comprises four major elements that serve as pillars in implementation of the HACT principles. These are: Capacity assessments, Cash Transfers, Assurance Activities and Capacity Development. Cash transfer to Implementing Partners (IP) represent a significant portion of UNICEF’s financial contribution towards the achievement of its programmatic results.
