About the role: The IT Specialist position is required to provide IT support to the NPSCMP in the monitoring and QA checks on the NHLMIS platform and mSupply deliverables. They will work very closely with the NHLMIS Task Team and support the team with the IT-related components of their oversight function.
General Responsibilities:
- Record, track, and document the functionalities of the NHLMIS platform.
- Record all user licenses available on the NHLMIS platform and document all pertinent end-user identification information, including name, department, and contact information.
- Record, track, and document the functional status of all mSupply software installations funded by the Global Fund in Nigeria.
- Record, track, and document linkages between the mSupply and NHLMIS across all installations.
- Send a monthly Status report on the NHLMIS platform and mSupply software to the supervisor.
- Carry out additional tasks as may be assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification:
- University Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
Experience:
- A minimum of four (4) years relevant IT experience
- Knowledge of computers and relevant warehouse management software applications
- Versatility with functionalities on the NHLMIS platform and mSupply wms.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
