SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data collection Support
- Support the mystery clients to correctly complete the mystery client survey form immediately.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality of study participants and of the data collected.
- Support in the preparation of logistics and other requirements for data collection.
- Attend the weekly debriefs with the research team to monitor progress
- Compile weekly reports to the senior project officer.
- Conduct in-depth interviews with mystery clients to determine their experience being mystery clients.
- Transcribe the recorded interviews without changing meaning.
- Assist in collecting data, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Ensuring that completed questionnaires are uploaded to the online server.
- Keeping safe custody of all study properties and ensuring that the tablets are well charged before the field and are well protected.
- Prepare and share weekly reports and summaries with the Senior Project Officer.

Qualification:
- University degree/diploma in social sciences, or related area of study
- At least 3 years’ relevant work experience, with data collection
- Proficient with computer technology and Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Word, and commcare data collection software
- Strong oral and written communication skill
- Strong organizational, and interpersonal skil
- Fluency in English, Kakwa, Aringa is a must.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision while being a strong team player.
