Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development of provincial workplans and translation to project implementation while ensuring that technical approaches meet national, PEPFAR and global standards.
- Responsible for stakeholder engagement for project entry, smooth implementation and achievement of results.
- Responsible for implementation of quality assurance/quality improvement (QA/QI) approaches to ensure that services and operations at site level are in line with approved national Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in providing direction, leadership and backstopping support to capacity building needs of district teams to ensure increased access to GBV prevention and response services by key populations.
- Responsible for the development, review and submission of project deliverables at Provincial level – including work plans, project data reporting, success stories, documentation of best practices, and progress reports.
- Collate monthly district level reports, facilitate review and editing and development and submission of monthly provincial progress reports.
- Represent FHI 360 in key technical working groups (TWG) at provincial level and cultivate strong working relationships with district and provincial stakeholders including all local implementers.
- Identifies structural barriers to the uptake of GBV prevention and response services for key population groups and ways to address those structural barriers working with community and district stakeholders.
- Conduct trainings and facilitate capacity building sessions on various topics relevant to project deliverables including but not limited to GBV response, KP sensitivity, and paralegal training.
- Participate in periodic assessments and site monitoring field visits of the project.
- Coordinates all technical and M&E activities on the project for the province.
- Facilitates timely submission of all project data.
- Contribute to body of new evidence through knowledge sharing platforms, e.g., scientific abstracts to national and international conferences and other dissemination channels.
- Travel within the province frequently for project activities and to Central province and other locations in the country as necessary.

Desired Qualification:
- Diploma in Nursing/Diploma in Medical Sciences for Health or any related diploma.
- A university degree will be added advantage.
- Valid practicing license from Health Professions Council or Nursing Council of Zambia or other relevant body.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a related field with at least 2 years’ experience supervising field teams in a related field is required.
- Prior experience working within NGO environment is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is required.
- Demonstrated ability as a team player, excellent communication skills, and strong computer aptitude in Microsoft office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
