FACT Job Vacancy 2023
Purpose of the position:
- She/he will ensure that all the goods and supplies are received in accordance with the order specifications, stored safely and handed over as requested. The Stores Assistant responsibilities include receiving goods and supplies from suppliers, recording them, maintaining them in good condition and order before handing them over to the designated recipients. The Stores Assistant should have organizing skills and an inspection mind to ensure all goods and supplies are received in right quantities and quality as specified on the order.
Position in Organization:
- Position: Stores Assistant
- Reporting to: Administration Officer
- Location: Mutare
Qualification:
- A diploma in stores Management or Warehouse Management
- A degree will be an added advantage.
- At least one-year relevant experience.
- Appreciation of safety issues will be an added advantage.
- Supply chain exposure is a definite added advantage
- Computer skills
- Ability to interpret and work in accordance with laid down procedures.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Clean class 4 driver’s license
