Palladium Group Job Vacancy 2023
Specific Activities:
- Lead DA support and implementation for the company to track impact work for both social and ecological outcomes.
- Identify and automate the company and key external stakeholders’ use of various BI software and/or excel based configurations.
- Co-review and provide technical support on MEL planning, frameworks, procedures, and guidance for collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data in an automated manner.
- Check the quality and relevance of data used for evidence, with optimized time spend for the wider company and key external stakeholders’ use.
- Provide templates and/or software showcasing impact data that can be featured on the company’s website.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations and pdf document detailing Standard Operation Agreement (SOA) for all of the above DA and MEL processes, tools and key responsible persons.
- Outcome validation (including calls with beneficiaries) as part of the Annual reporting of the implementing partners.
- Support the Central MEL Team in ongoing MEL Activities and specific data requests, such as tagging of projects and providing insights in learnings in country.
