UNDP Job Vacancy 2023
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical problems related to the learning management system, including error messages, login difficulties, integration problems, and other system issues affecting end users. Provide support via phone, email, and/or in person. Implement effective and highly responsive remediation efforts and/or workaround solutions. Escalate advanced technical issues to proper authorities and follow up on forwarded cases to full resolution;
- Coordinate the delivery of the selected LMS system and build the capacity of the technical team that will be part of the project team to deliver the web system that is required for the project;
- Develop and post up-to-date documentation and resource guides for end users on operational procedures, changes, and policies;
- Coordinate with internal and external software engineers to deliver the improvement or redeployment of the LMS tool under use by the project implementing partner/s;
- Support and coordinate content digitization process and guide on utilization of the system by the project team and others who will use the tool to digitize their course contents;
- Serve on appropriate internal and external committees, task forces, etc. as required;
- Support the drafting and development of internal and external communications materials such as briefing notes, blog posts, and videos to share relevant information and insights in close collaboration with the project manager;
- Conduct hands-on training seminars. May serve as a backup trainer for other related workshops or serve as a proctor for open lab sessions;
- Establishment of an engagement platform with key stakeholders and coordination with similar and peer organizations to develop skills on the LMS tool for scale and adoption by other institutions, on the same platform or by adopting the tool;
- Provide guidance for the project technical team in close coordination with the project coordinator and steering committee and others as may be required;
