Palladium Group Job Vacancy 2023
Specific Activities:
- Provide on-demand support to HAPF as necessary, continuing to refine the MEL Framework, interrogate the underlying assumptions, define/develop data collection approaches, and respond to HAPF MEL-related issues as needed.
- Review existing baseline collection tools adapting to HAPF-specific versions to accommodate the project context and tools.
- Support the development of tablet-based research tools and analytical skills with an infographic presentation and interpretations.
- Review existing Data Quality Assessment and write-up of data quality risks identified and follow-up on the status of appropriate mitigation strategies. Present the findings back to the IP.
- Support in the output and outcome validation process: checking and validating documents, field visits and calling beneficiaries.
- Coaching sessions with IP to build their MEL capacity.
- Set of tablet-based research tools to track performance of suppliers, employees and other relevant stakeholders.
- Completed output and outcome validation.
