Palladium Group Job Vacancy 2023

Specific Activities:

  • Develop agriculture value chain tailored technical marketing materials and products, monitoring product performance, and resolving errors. Training marketing teams on product specifications and functionalities. Accompanying marketing teams to marketing events, and product launches.
  • Conduct national & project area context analysis to develop market strategy from the value chain approach to development perspective.
  • Lead action research to address the existing and emerging challenges affecting market functions.
  • Provide on-demand support to project milestones, outputs, and outcomes.
  • Monitor the project in collaboration with MEL and gender team.
  • Liaise with the CFYE programme team on shaping and developing CAMS’s Learning Agendas, drawing out relevant and high-quality learning from market intervention. This will help scaling up lessons in Ethiopia and beyond.
  • Pay special attention to the vulnerability of women at different stages of the business. Design a market strategy to maximize women’s participation and empowerment to decency of the work environment.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Minimum Five Years Working Experience.
  • Experience working with agricultural product management teams, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling and engaging product and marketing material.
  • Experience working on job creation programmes in the agricultural value chain projects and knowledge of the key risks in job creation projects.
  • Experience using both qualitative and quantitative data collection/market research techniques, and use of appropriate action research techniques.
  • Experience in B2B marketing and knowledge of technical concepts.
