How can you make a Difference: Based in Addis Ababa, the Finance intern will undertake the following tasks:
- Provide support to organize meetings and participate in relevant meetings to take meeting notes and action points.
- Prepare finance related outgoing letters.
- Assist the Finance team in preparation of periodic reports.
- Submit relevant documents to the bank and collect bank slips.
- Maintain files including bank documents, outgoing letters, financial records, agreements, and other documents.
- Keep filing systems in which documents could be readily available and easily traced.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
