How can you make a difference:
- To assist the supervisor in the monitoring of contractors and service providers performance.
- To assist with accommodation reservations for field office guests upon request and based on availability in the guesthouse or elsewhere in UNDSS approved accommodations for staff/partners coming on mission to Mekelle.
- To obtain bills from the UNICEF-provided accommodation supervisor for guests.
- Assistance in the fleet management & travel activities
- Contribute and assist with the consolidation of the weekly mission plans.
- Coordinate with the rental cars service providers on the required number of cars as instructed by the Admin Assistant and assist the Admin Assistant in the follow-up of contracts/work order issuance by the Operations Officer.
- Assistance in other Administrative related matters
- Assist with the low value procurements managed under petty cash modalities.
- Collects and delivers mail, pouches, and other communications from and to other UN agencies/government agencies and other institutions.
