IGCP Kenya looking for “Sales Manager”.

IGCP was formed in 1991 to address the long-term conservation of the mountain gorilla (Gorilla beringei beringei) and its regional afromontane forest habitat in the Virunga Bwindi Landscape. Our aim has been to work together as a single gorilla conservation program in order to expand and consolidate the successes of the Mountain Gorilla Project and other initiatives at a regional level.

IGCP Job Vacancy 2024
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining customer resources in Kenya and exploring new customers. Maintain good customer satisfaction.
- Provide hardware product solutions according to customer requirements and follow up on sales processes.
- Responsible for developing and implementing hardware product sales plans and strategies.
- Responsible for analyzing and reviewing market demand and competition, grasping market changes, and timely adjusting sales strategies
- Independently handle and solve problems, manage hardware business and customer service team.
- Coordinate the relationships between various departments and complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor degree；30-40years old
- Preferably Indian in Kenya
- English can be used as the working language
- Having hardware department store customer resources and industry friends，Familiar with the Kenyan market and willing to travel
- Managed a team of at least 10 people with 4 years of sales management experience
- Proficient in using computers and office software
