Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Master’s degree in political or social Science, Law, International Relations or a related field from an accredited academic institution with two years of relevant experience; or,
- University degree in the above fields with four years of relevant professional experience.
Experience:
- Experience with workflow management, organisation and coordination of meetings and events with external stakeholders and documentation management and review;
- Experience in the production of information products including but not limited to donor reports and project proposals and concept notes; and,
- Experience in liaising with external stakeholders including but not limited to other UN agencies, donors, and senior government official.
Skills:
- Planning and organization skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite products, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and
- Ability to coordinate with both external and internal stakeholders.
Languages:
- IOM’s official languages are English, French, and Spanish.
- For this position, fluency in English is required (oral and written).
- Proficiency of language(s) required will be specifically evaluated during the selection process, which may include written and/or oral assessments.
