Roles and Responsibility
- Manage customer satisfaction, maintain, and improve customer satisfaction through value presentation and customer discussion meetings.
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction with HOD and CTO/CIO
- Streamline the maintenance team to be responsible for equipment maintenance, rectification, upgrade, risk identification, critical fault recovery, License maintenance, spare management, and cyber security etc.
- Core network project like CS, PS, IMS, HSS etc. delivery.
- Core network maintenance, troubleshooting.
- Analyse the customer’s existing systems, needs, and requirements to provide the necessary solution.
- Technical Presentations and Participation in Technical discussions with customers.
- Core network Planning, Performance Analysis and Optimization.

Qualification:

- Successful applicants should be Goal-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills and be a very good team player.
