Building Tomorrow, an international social-profit organization equipping communities to support universal access to inclusive, quality education in sub-Saharan Africa, is seeking an exceptional, values-aligned Fellow (DOO). The DOO plays a critical role in the efficient and effective functioning of Building Tomorrow. This Senior Management leadership position is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Uganda Country Office, with a primary focus on supervising the HR, Finance, and IT departments. The Fellow reports directly to the Country Director and collaborates closely with other Senior Leaders in Uganda and internationally, to ensure the operational department and organization’s strategic goals are met.

Position in Organization:
- Position: Fellow (Cohort 9)
- Location: Kampala
Qualification:
- Passionate about community development with a desire to create social impact.
- Possess a passion for education equality, creative ingenuity, a relentless work ethic, and belief in collaborative engagement.
- Commit to complete 24 months of the leadership journey with strict compliance to Building Tomorrow code of conduct.
- Able to ride a motorcycle to navigate rural communities and willing to relocate to rural districts.
- Able to speak at least one local language(s) especially in Eastern, Central and Western regions.
- Strong communication and demonstrated leadership skills, and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office essentials
- Operating experience with smart devices such as phones and tablets.
